Beautiful run (motor) down to Oriental from Belhaven.  Sunny and light winds on the bow.

Did not stop here, but there were 6 or 7 boats anchored here for the Labor Day weekend. Just NW of  R6 entering Goose Creek from the Pamlico River.

Old Town Theatre – no shows while we were there though 😦

Did a short hop across the Nuese yesterday afternoon from Oriental to Adams Creek. Nice anchorage in Adams Creek just off the ICW (thanks Chris Schott for the recommendation!).  Shared the anchorage with a local cruiser from New Bern, and a Canadian cruiser headed north.  A little bumpy during the day, but settles down at night.

Headed out to Beaufort today.
